Asparagus Pasta in Ardrahan

8 oz Tagliatelle Pasta
8 oz Fresh Asparagus
8 oz Cream
3 oz Ardrahan Cheese
2 oz Butter


1 .Cut asparagus in to thin strips and bring to the boil.

2. Melt butter and add half of the cream and simmer until the cream thickens slightly
.
3. Add the asparagus to the hot drained tagliatelle and remainder of the cream.
4. Grate in Ardrahan cheese over a slow heat.
5. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg
